Welcome to the Blackboard e-Education platform—designed to enable educational innovations everywhere by connecting people and technology.
In the middle of every semester, many students find themselves falling behind in their classes. While we encourage students to seek out tutoring services in the Academic Assistance Center, we also acknowledge that some students do not have the availability to meet in person on campus. CCCC has a new online tutoring program that can help students get back on track from anywhere they can connect to the internet! Upswing is a FREE, online tutoring program that is available to all CCCC students. Students have access to live, online tutoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through Upswing. Upswing is unique because it allows students to seek out tutoring in various ways. Through Upswing, students can search for tutors by subject or by course, as well as by tutors themselves. Students can search through all available tutors and select individuals based on their credentials and compatibility for each student’s learning style. There is no limit to how often students can use Upswing.
For more information on how to access and utilize this free, online tutoring program, please contact Talia Friday at email@example.com.
CCCC currently has child care funding available for full-time curriculum students who are enrolled in 12 or more credit hours, have a child who is birth to age 5 (not in Kindergarten), have low income, and have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher. Funding is on a first come, first served basis and may become limited. If you are interested in more information, please call (919) 718-7276 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
